First: Sales Policy
1. Product: All gemstones are sold in their natural state, accompanied by an identification card including type, weight, source of the stone, and clarity grade.
2. Prior disclosure: Photos and a 360-degree video of each stone are presented before purchase.
3. Invoice: An official invoice is issued for every sale.
4. Accepted payment methods:
· Direct payment: cash or local bank transfer.
· Electronic payment: credit cards or digital wallets through an approved payment gateway.
Second: Return Policy
· Hidden manufacturing defect: within 14 days of purchase, full refund.
· Material non-conformity with the description: within 30 days, full refund.
· Shipping damage for electronic payments only: within 7 days of delivery, full refund with unboxing documentation.
Acceptance conditions:
· The original invoice must be attached.
· The stone must be returned in its original packaging without additional damage.
· A report from an accredited inspection authority may be required for disputed cases.
Refund method:
· Direct payment: cash refund within 5 working days.
· Electronic payment: refund to the same method within 14 days.
Third: Exchange Policy
· Customer changes their mind: within 7 days of purchase, exchange fee of 25% of the stone value.
· Manufacturing defect with replacement requested: within 14 days, no fee.
· Non-conformity with the description: within 30 days, no fee.
Exchange conditions:
· The returned stone must be unused and undamaged.
· The stone must not have been modified or polished after purchase.
· If the replacement is more expensive, the customer pays the difference; if cheaper, the difference is refunded.
Fourth: Cases Not Accepted
· Customer changes their mind after 7 days from purchase.
· Damage caused by misuse or accidents.
· Loss of part of the stone during use.
· More than 30 days have passed since purchase, except hidden defects where legal warranties may apply.
· The original invoice is missing.
Fifth: Electronic Payment Procedures
· Shipping documentation: the customer must record an unboxing video within 24 hours of receipt for damage claims.
· Processing fees: payment-gateway fees may be deducted from refunds where applicable.
· Electronic-payment returns are processed within 7 days from the date the return reaches the company.
Sixth: Warranty
· Hidden-defect warranty: one full year from purchase, covering internal cracks or defects not visible during ordinary inspection.
· The warranty does not cover breakage caused by impact, poor storage, or modification of the stone.
Seventh: Disputes
· Disputes are resolved amicably within 15 days.
· If no agreement is reached, the matter is referred to an accredited inspection authority.
· The losing party bears the inspection costs.
